Returns
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

All parts, components and packaging are complete and in their original condition.

Only normal handling is visible; damage caused by improper use is excluded.

Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before return.

A defect was reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged without our responsibility.
Processing will take place within 7 working days.

We will then contact you with the correct return address.
Never return goods to the sender address. The correct address will be provided after your request.
All return shipping costs must be covered by you, the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which are not predominantly related to their trade, business or profession:
A. Withdrawal Terms
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, received the last item.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. The shipping process cannot be interrupted until delivery. Therefore, a refund is only possible after the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us – Bendigo-Boutique – of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
The withdrawal is complete once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur which are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, withdrawal is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may, of course, notify us of your withdrawal in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible processing, please provide us with proof of shipment when returning your order.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
The same payment method you used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
