Bendigo-Boutique Delivery and Order Process

Delivery Time

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our parcels:

  • Once an order has been placed, we require 1–3 working days to process it.

    • During weekdays, processing usually takes one working day.

    • Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

  • After processing, your order will be dispatched. Delivery takes on average  5–10 working days.

We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as straightforward as possible. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.

Ordering Process

Placing an order with Bendigo-Boutique is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and add the item you want to your basket by clicking the black “Add to Basket” button.

    • Make sure you select the correct size/variant.

  2. When ready, click “Checkout”.

  3. On the information page, enter your correct address details.

  4. Continue by clicking “Proceed to Shipping”.

    • Here, you can review your details.

    • Please note: all deliveries are completely free of charge.

  5. Click “Proceed to Payment” and select one of the secure payment methods:

    • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

    • PayPal

    • EPS

    • Sofort

All payments are SSL-encrypted, guaranteeing a safe payment environment.
Once you have selected your method, click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions to finalise your purchase.

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All items are delivered directly to your home 100% free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Shipping Process

Once you have found the perfect outfit or accessory, we want you to enjoy it as quickly as possible. That is why we ensure your order is processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

To keep our prices fair, we consolidate shipments and dispatch parcels together once a minimum batch size has been reached. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us operate sustainably.
